Customer centre

Les Gaz Industriels customer centre is open continuously, on working days, from 7 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

The company is conveniently located within a few kilometers of the center of Port-Louis, the capital and harbour. The access is easy and ample parking is available.

 

Aftersales services:

Les Gaz Industriels Ltd provide with quality after sales services for a large range of products sold. There is a team of dedicated technicians for testing and troubleshooting equipment such as welding machines, regulators and cutting equipment tools. 

Technicians are trained from manufacturers for:

Miller Machine maintenance.

Afrox regulators maintenance.

Afrox cutting equipment maintenance.

Biodosing unit maintenance.

Cylinders testing.

Transport :

We offer free delivery and collection of cylinders anywhere in Mauritius.
Our delivery personnel are equipped with cellular phones to ensure prompt deliveries, and our lorries are fitted with state of the art drop-tail-end for a much safer and efficient cylinder distribution process.
Our lorries roam the island, six days a week. In addition, a double cab takes care of emergency calls.

Maintenance :

Our trained and experienced personnel inspect, clean and test high and low pressure cylinders according to the test requirements SABS 019-1985.
In addition we provide a painting service with a wide range of colours.

Import :

We import the following products worldwide:-

  • General and specialized welding electrodes - AFROX, from SOUTH AFRICA
  • A whole range of welding equipment and accessories.
  • All types and grades of special gases.
  • Welding machine - MILLER, from ITALY and USA.
  • Diving equipment and accessories - Aqua Lung, from FRANCE.
